Refund policy

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days or receipt for your RMA (Retun Materials Authorisation) number. Once we receive the item we will process your refund within 7 days. 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the reason for return is clearly our fault, for example, we have sent the customer the wrong item (which has never happened and hopefully never will!)
